Cannington – GroYield Holdings Berhad has signed Memorandum of Understanding with Perth, Australia based Mr. Joss Charpenay to initiate the development of agrochemical technology to serve as an efficient and innovative practice for farming and local agriculture.
GroYield research and development (R&D) activities continues to expand, with in-house effectivity experiment on different types of plants set to begin in Australia. The company believes that GroYield will bring achievements of 30% yielding increments for local plantations in the near future. Such proposition is also based on its successful biotechnology that has been used on rubber plantation for more than a decade.
“The nutrition injection method is efficient and effective as the nourishment is performed directly on the plants” said Mr. Chong, CEO of GHB. “The main philosophy behind the product is to optimize the health of plants that is believed to maximize the yielding production and prolonging the peak production period” he furthered.
The newly appointed R&D Coordinator, Mr. Charpenay will initiate collaboration with horticultural plantations in the region of Western Australia, spring this year. He will begin by identifying the physiology of plants; later bring preliminary GroYield nutrition and researchers to conduct field experiments in local plantations for effectivity test and the optimization of the agrochemical effectiveness on the prospective crops.
Mr. Charpenay welcomes any interested organization including plantations, institutions, or associations to be in touch for R&D or business collaboration. Mr Charpenay can be reached at:
